Spreading Holiday Cheer

This post is going to be a bit short but it is important to keeping writing. So today’s topic is spreading holiday cheer. You may remember an earlier post by me that discussed making treats with electricity (see post here). It was in that post that I talked about how much easier it was to make treats with an electric hand mixer. Some of the treats mentioned in that post have made their way to their recipients. They were happily received. I feel that this is a way that anyone can try to spread a bit of holiday cheer. For me this was baking some cookies for people that I knew and were pretty certain were not allergic to anything. While you may not be able to bake but you may be great at crafts. Even if you do not have a lot of money, you can find ways to take advantage of your skills and create something lovely for people. If you don’t have a handy skill, maybe you can use this as an excuse to learn a new skill. I am glad that I can be a bit of wholesome sunshine in people’s lives this year. Gifts are an important thing for me. It can seem a bit selfish but gifts are one of my top love languages. The thing about love languages is that they are not only how you receive affection but also how you show affection. So, this means that I really care about the gifts I give and I really enjoy giving presents that will be appreciated and loved by the recipients. Giving gifts is an easy way for me to send love and appreciation to others. I hope that this appreciation becomes a happy point for others. What happy points have others made for you? How? Have you sent out holiday treats this year? If so, what kind? Please answer below with your comments and thanks for reading.
